Reference My Account 1.06.0 Sites not showing?

I have navigated to Customization/Scripting/SSP Applications

I then click on "Reference My Account 1.06.0"

Then I click the button "Link to Site"

It then navigates to a new page called "Link to SSP Application" and there is a drop down "SITE"

Unfortunately only 1 of the 4 site-builder site we have is showing.

What have I done wrong?
