Options Creating a B2C Presence

Hoping I can get some opinions and advice on developing a Customer Portal - what product to use, recommended training, etc.

We are an IT Distribution business, we currently run NetSuite OneWorld across two countries and five main locations, we have about 40 users. To understand where we sit in the sales chain, it goes Vendor/Manufacturer > Distributor > Reseller > End User. Resellers are our direct customers, and End Users are our customer's customers.

Our vendors can have very complex products, often requiring consultation and construction of a Bill of Materials. Pricing is also very complex - the price we sell to a reseller at can differ according to whether they're signed up to be a partner with the vendor (at varying levels), whether they've 'registered' the deal with the vendor, and who the end user is. I'd say 75% of what we sell is at custom/special pricing, not a 'standard' price. For these reasons we can't set up a generic online store, we wouldn't trust most of our resellers to buy the right
