Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Is there a contextual login/logout tag?
Our Sitebuilder web site currently has a link to sign in in the header using <NLLOGINURL>. Doing this leaves no way for a customer to log out. I could hard code a link using <LOGOUTURL> but then there would always be a Log Out link, even when the customer is logged in. Not ideal.
Is there a tag that switches between log in and log out depending on the current status of the customer? I seem to remember using one years ago but I can't seem to find it in the current list of web site tags.
