Matrix item Online price is using the wrong unit of measurement

edited Oct 19, 2016 10:09AM in Web Site / E-Commerce 4 comments

I have several matrix items with different parents and all seem to have the same issue. The unit of measure for all of them is in Length: Feet. If for example it has a base price of $12.00 per foot, the Online Price shown on the webstore is $1.00 per foot. How do I edit the Online Price? I have tried:

1. updating the child individually by doing the same thing: change from feet to inches, save, edit, change from inches to feet. The purchase price, and sales prices all convert smoothly but the Online Price always stays at i.e. $1.00...

2. Updating the parent matrix item by changing the unit of measurement to inches from feet, and then back. - fail. Then doing the previous step again. fail.

Howdy, Stranger!
