Anyone using Suitepromotions yet?

We've currently got custom offers functionality for promotions, but have been testing Suitepromotions and found it has less speed overhead than our current set-up. We're contemplating making the switch to the native functionality, but were wondering if anyone is using it on a live site as yet and, if so, whether they've found any pitfalls or shortcomings?
