Moving Catagories from one Netsuite account to another?

I have just bough another business using Netsuite. I want to move all their SKU's and customers and suppliers etc to my instance of Netsuite. I have been working all weekend to design an export template to move all the SKU's and a matching template to import all the SKU's but I have also had to create a lot of custom fields to get all the data in. However I cannot easily move the SKU's unless I create all the categories for the webstore...

Is there any way to easily move the 1689 categories from one Netsuite account to another? I have tried to see if I can bundle them or export them to a file. the only thing I can seem to do is get a flat file but it does not contain all the titles, field and form template information and worse I can't see how to import the data that I can get out.
