joLEADo chat for NetSuite

Has anyone tried this out.... http://go.joleado.com/

I chatted with them and learned that it is built on Oracle by a company deeply schooled in NetSuite workings. In fact they've done a lot of NetSuite consulting work unrelated to chat. Their relatively new joLEADo chat platform gives some powerful conversion tools to chat operators.

Some of the chat features that I haven't seen in other chat systems...

[*]Custom sales forms right in the chat window.
[*]Custom surveys right in the chat window.
[*]A pop-up calendar for booking an appointment ... right in the chat window
[*]The ability for customers to upload 100mb+ files ... right in the chat window
