No Payment Options at Checkout Page

In our SCA Mont Blanc webstore, when we go to the checkout page there are no payment options for the user to select. There should be credit-card (Visa and Mastercard). Also the order total price has been reduced down to $0.00.

What could be going wrong? See the below image for our problem.

[*]All products have prices set and show this correct price in the store.
[*]We have created Payment Methods in Setup->Accounting->Accounting Lists. They are Visa and Mastercard. Both methods have 'Display in website' checked.
[*]We have created a Payment Processing Profile in Setup->Accounting->Payment Processing Profiles. The type is a 'eWAY Rapid Profile'. Supported Payment Methods are Visa and Mastercard. We have specified our Subsidiary and Website.
