Filing cabinet files deleted when cancelling SCA

We recently renewed and cancelled SCA/Site Builder :cool:

Netsuite's cancellation process seems to involve deleting any web related folders from our live account filing cabinet, much of the content in them being our own!

The work around they have given us is to retrieve the data from our 2017.1 release preview but downloads of any size time out.

Does anyone have any suggestions on large downloads?   Making them more modest in size has not helped.
