APM/RUM for SCA dead or alive?

I remember NetSuite has been promising to include SuiteCommerce as part of the application performance management (APM) bundle for quite awhile. They showed a demo at SuiteWorld 2016 and it was supposed to be released already. At one point they released something called Real User Management (RUM) which I think is supposed to capture SuiteCommerce performance data but I'm not sure what else it does as it doesn't seem to enable anything. You can still see the feature option under the Web Presence tab under Enable Features.

Are these dead features as the help documentation doesn't really provide any more detail? What is the status if we are going to see some sort of SuiteCommerce Performance Management in NetSuite in the future?
