Online access for existing customers
Most of our customers are entered into Netsuite with a recurring, subscription-like transaction. They don't have online access by default, but almost all have an email address.
Is there a way to automate the process of getting new customers to sign in and set up a password? Right now, if a customer tries to sign in or reset their password, they are told that their email address is not in our system even though it is. We can assign a temporary password when we enter them into Netsuite but that's time consuming.
Any ideas on how to do this securely would be appreciated. Thanks!
