Service.ss files don't load on local site

Hello everyone,

I am creating an SCA site in Elbrus. Pretty much every custom model I have created doesn't work on the local version of the site as it gives a 404 Error as the Service.ss file wasn't found. I would trust this to be a problem with SuiteScript in general not being available on the local server but other models load fine. This is making it very tedious to make changes to files as I feel like too much time is spent deploying after changes.

If anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
