Major Problem: Add-to-cart buttons not working!!

If you go here: http://www.controlco.com/Manufacturers/Johnson-Controls
And click on add-to-cart for the FX-PCV1615-0 you get an ugly netsuite error page that says the item is no longer available.

And click on the main add-to-cart button it works perfectly.

Same product, same form, same html as far as I can see. Why is the top one failing?
