Fraud Checks Running After an Order is Submitted and Cancelling the Order
Hey,
We just put in new fraud checks (checks for CSC match, zip match, etc.) What I am finding is that when customers submit orders online it shows them the order has been successfully submitted, then it runs the fraud checks, finds a problem and cancels the order, but it doesn't give that feedback to the customer to correct the problem and try again. Is there a way to configure NS so that the fraud checks run first, before the order is submitted, and alert the customer that they need to try again if they fail?
