Published Saved Search is only showing up under Presentation tabs and not Home Page tabs. Defect or

I published a saved search and set its "SUBCATEGORY OF" field to "Home Page".

However it doesn't show up as a subcategory of the Home Page tab in our customer portal.

But if I set it as a subcategory of any of the Presentation tabs, it shows up.

Does this sound like a defect?  Or is there anything else I should look at to publish a saved search onto the Home Page tab?
