Reference My Account & Checkout

We've been using the 1.06.0 My Account and 2.05.0 Checkout applications with no issues for nearly three years. Suddenly, the login touch point redirects the user not to the store front, but to My Account, which has decided that it's no longer going to work (1.04 isn't loading a JS file, 1.06 references two jquery functions that don't exist). I reinstalled older versions (1.04.1 My Account and 2.03.1 Checkout) and still experience the same issues. What's going on with these? Are they just dead apps? And why can't I find the versions I'm using in SSP search? Or documentation that I know used to exist?
