Wrong redirects url at checkout

We are using Solupay for Amazon Pay and Apple Pay. But it redirects to a wrong url like below
https://www.domain.comhttps//www.domain.com/c.xxxxxx/sca-dev-kilimanjaro/external_payment.ssp?n=3&externalPaymentDone=T&touchpoint=checkout&recordType=salesorder&status=REJECT&preventDefault=T&orderId=11277358&checkoutmsg=PaymentError&docookiecheck=T&whence=
We are told that it is a defect in Netsuite and it needs a patch to solve this problem. Does anybody know the patch to handle 3rd party redirects?
