Edit Contact - Contact field not updating from Name Fields
When creating a contact, user can enter the contact's name into the "Name" fields, this automatically populates the Contact Field above with the full name. However, for contacts that we imported into Netsuite, or contacts that were entered directly into this Contact field instead of by way of the name fields, the contact field is not updating when we try to manually change the name fields..
In the end if we change the name fields, the contact field will stay the same and the name and contact fields will not match after saving.
Is there a known fix to this issue since the update was out of box feature or would we need to have a script run upon saving contact to make this update?
