Is anyone else having timeout issues opening new cases in NS? Its currently taking 5 minutes to open a new case and a bit shorter to edit a case. Other areas are unaffected.
I have had a support case in since Monday and have yet to hear back other than 'were still working on it'
This is unusable when clients are on the phone!
