Filtering a customer group from a contact group
I have a contact group of 500 records. Our salesmen need to contact them,but NOT ALL of them.
Those to be excluded have some relationship with certain customers and this relationship is based on whether say CONTACT Mr X is linked to say CUSTOMER Y Ltd.
There are about 80 customers with links back to contacts s who have been arbitrarily chosen to
be excluded from the salesmen's mailshot to contacts
Is there any way to filter these arbitrarily chosen customers from the CONTACT list.
If I run a filter search on my CONTACT list and exclude the 80 customers who are in a group, the CUSTOMER group is not accessble via the CONTACT search.
