Netsuite has suddenly reduced our number of users
Wondering if anyone else has had the following experience:
When we first signed up with netsuite our user limit was calculated as follows - Main netsuite licence = 1 user + any additional user licences we buy.
This was still the case after our first renewal and for 4 months after our second renewal. At the second renewal we had the main netsuite licence = 1 user + 5 other licences to allow all 6 staff access at the same time.
This week we changed address details on one of the users and when saving the record the system reported that we did not have enough licences and now only recognises 5 users as having access. Fortunately user number 6 is on holiday at the moment.
