VAT Flat Rate Scheme

Is anyone else operating the VAT Flat Rate scheme and have you been able to make any adjustments in Netsuite to accomodate it?  The front end isn't really an issue as I charge my customers 17.5% on the standard rate but I only have to pay over 9.5% (I can't claim VAT back on purchases).  Again, this is fine as I can calculate it manually and pay over the correct amount, but then the automatic 'behind the scenes' reporting into the balance sheet etc is not correct.  Someone suggested using a spare VAT code to charge at 9.5% but I
