Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Accepting Maestro Cards After June
Everyone,
We currently take the vast majority of our payments over the telephone and enter card details directly into NetSuite as our customers give us their payment details over the telephone.
However we will be increasingly using our NetSuite-hosted website to take payments online, using NetSuite's eCommerce features.
We have seen details of the impending changes to the rules about how Maestro payment cards will be accepted in the future which been communicated to us by SecPay directly. It seems that from 30th June 2007 all eCommerce transactions using Maestro cards must be authenticated using 3D Secure. However the information that I have from the user group is that NetSuite do not plan to introduce 3D Secure support until the 2007.1 release which is not planned until August/September 2007 which is after the June deadline?
