Unable to Run EC Sales List

Since the upgrade i am unable to run the EC Sales list.

I have the following tax periods set-up in NetSuite

FY 2007
- Q1 2007 (01/12/2006 - 28/02/2007)
- EC Q1    (01/01/2007 - 31/03/2007)
- Q2 2007 (01/03/2007 - 31/05/2007)
- Q3 2007 (01/06/2007 - 31/08/2007)
- Q4 2007 (01/09/2007 - 30/11/2007)

The EC period is becuase our EC sales list is completed using different quarters to our VAT return periods.

So to do our EC Q2 return I created a tax period "EC Q2" with dates 01/04/2007 - 30/06/2007. However when I run the Ec Sales List report using From "EC Q2" to "EC Q2" I get "There is no data available for the date/period range selected."
