Recommend a netsuite/finance consultant?

We are netsuite newbies and are struggling up the learning curve of netsuite.
we have system support from Nolan, but they are not expert in finance

We need a UK based expert help to set up our accounts effecively and help train on key processes / efficient working.
Can you recommend someone?
