Follow VAT inspection NetSuite does not report VAT correctly.
Please see this post for the codes to use. I created it as a new thread to help anyone else searching.
I recently had a VAT inspection as a result it appears NetSuite is not correctly reporting my VAT and I can not work out how to set-up the VAT codes to do this.
The main error is with VAT on services (sales and purchases). NetSuite is recording them in Boxes 8 and 9 no matter what I try. Also Services for reverse charge are not being recorded in box 6.
Below is a breakdown of what the VAT inspector has told me. I would appreciate help of which VAT codes in NetSuite should be used or how to create the correct tax codes for the
