Shipping to Northern Ireland

Dear All,

I'm having trouble finding a way to enable NI customers to be charged the appropriate amount of postage from mainland UK.

In the Netsuite system NI falls under "United Kingdom (GB)"; which doesn't enable us to ascertain that NI has a special postage rate being, physically at least, overseas.

Strange that Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands are listed separately as
"countries" but Northern Ireland isn't.

Does anyone have any experience of overcoming this, given it appears I cannot myself add countries (only counties / regions, which aren't recognized by the shipping rules)
