Identify EU - sales

edited Dec 6, 2019 3:30PM in General 2 comments

Hello,

We are in the process of implementing Netsuite to our subsidiary in France.
We have Netsuite One world.
Each time we make a sale, it generates an income to the account we chose on the item record ("sales income" or "707100000 Ventes marchandises").
The problem comes when it is an export. We can't use the same account.

If the sale is done to another UE country they need to use account ("sale income EU" or "707920000 Ventes marchandises intracommunautaire").

If the sale is export to an non UE country another account need to use.

I guess we can make a journal entry after each sale.

Howdy, Stranger!
