Staying Connected During the Holidays

HST Changes in Ontario and BC

Hi all
We would like to reassure all our customers that NetSuite are aware that effective 1 July, the provinces of Ontario and British Columbia will be harmonizing their provincial sales tax with the federal Goods and Services Tax (GST). I do apologize however that an announcement was not made earlier.

Communication regarding the changes that you will have to make to your NetSuite account will be made next week to all customers (Canada Edition, International Edition and NetSuite OneWorld). We believe that these can be made fairly rapidly and in time for 1st May 2010.

We shall be providing you with instructions on what you are required to do and at the same time ensure that you are fully supported in the event that you require help.
