Custom Ship-To address - Screen freezes?!?!
This happens to one of our users, regularily:
In a Sales Order, when entering a custom shipping address, he hits save and a message pops up saying he's already "submitted the form". Then the Netsuite screen freezes.... he can't do anything but close the entire window and re-login to Netsuite, losing all of the info and has to re-enter.
Anyone have this problem?
He's the only one in our office of 15 users that this happens to?!?!?
