Email Payment Notifications - g-mail users not getting email

We use the NS ACH/EFT Payment system.  Once the file is created, there is an option to email the vendor a payment notice.

90% of the time, if they have a gmail account, they don't get the email, and yes we had them check their spam.

If we forward the email, they do get it, but not the original.  Getting very frustrating for us, and our vendors.

Anyone else having the same issue?
