Case # 522523 "No Data Available"

I have a problem with the financial reports Income Statement and Balance Sheet. When I execute them it gives me an error message “No data Available” However I know the data is there since it appears in other financial reports such as: General Ledger, Trial Balance, Chart of Accounts, Transaction Detail

Can someone help ?
