Sales Rep. Gross profit not doable in NS.

I customized the sales by sales rep summary report and added a column for Est. Gross Profit (transcation) . The result is a negative bogus number.

I customized the sales by sales rep detail report and added a column for the Est. Gross profit (transaction). I could not get the correct answer even after massaging the report.

Why NS makes it so difficult to get reports. It is amazing that in year 2008 we are unable to get a GRAPH to show our monthly sales for over a year period.

With all sophisticated features, NS still lacks some serious primitive features. We are unable to compete with web sites using Yahoo store ( $29.00/month ), because NS is not capable of calculating the shipping charges from various locations or from certain zip codes. Thia will make our offering a joke.
