Saved Search Gurus? I thought I was pretty good...but I am stumped on this one (Sales Order/Cash sal

edited Dec 6, 2019 10:05AM in Accounting / ERP

I'm trying to create a transaction saved search that provides a list of Sales Orders in one column and the highest value Cash Sale or Invoice document in the other.

Ultimately I am going to use this saved search in a workflow to stamp a better "sales effective date" on the Sales Order. There will be instances where there are more than one Cash Sale connected to a Sales Order, so taking the highest value at least let's me know when most of the money (in 99% of cases all of the money) hits the income statement.

So that's it...a saved search with two columns.

Howdy, Stranger!
