Attribute tags for calling images into templates problem.

edited Dec 4, 2019 4:33PM in General

Hi,

On pages 139 & 140 of the Web Site documentation, for NetSuite, three attributes are listed for calling images into templates - categorythumbnailhtml, relateditemthumbnailhtml & featureditemthumbnailhtml.

I have unsuccessfully attempted to use each of these calls in conjunction with controlling the image sizes via 'Image Resize' within NetSuite.

Each of the attribute calls results in a Processing Error even though I am only using the calls in templates that are being explicitly used for the purpose implied by the attribute value (ie. I have used categorythumbnailhtml in a template for displaying Category heading details only).

I have worked out that the Image Resizing determines whether any dimensional value for an image is outside the bounds of the values set and re-scales the image accordingly, but can't work out how these Image Resizing rules are applied. Are they tied into the way you call the image (ie. using the attribute calls listed and dynamically resize on page load) or do they create a cached version of the resized image when the files are loaded to the server.

Howdy, Stranger!
