Card Authorization Issues with CBA and Payflow Pro.

edited Dec 4, 2019 4:33PM in General 2 comments

We are using NS with Payflow Pro and CBA in our online store and so far its been a little annoying getting it to work as a completely automated flow through. Excuse the long winded explanation as I thought it was the only way to get the full story across to people.

We really need the flow through card processing ability that happens with authorizations correctly set in our account turning sales directly into fulfillment orders correctly and accurately.

I was told that this is not possible without NS verifying authorizations and that this may have to do with Payflow Pro. I contacted Payflow Pro and they told me that everything is set correctly in their end and this was proven by tests I did with them online via their online terminal feature. The man I spoke to at Payflow Pro told me that it has to be the cart or the bank that is not providing the information correctly as they are literally a gateway that passes the information back and forward.

Howdy, Stranger!
