NetReturn customers

Hey, are there any old NetReturn customers still here?  If so, do you have your old NetReturn Support role still tagged on your Roles? For the life of me I cannot remove that role because their account got closed.

Funny story, I logged this as a case over 1.5 years ago.  I think I'm going for the oldest case on record.  Can anyone beat me?
