2011.2 "prices include tax" issue

Hey guys,
I have this really strange thing going on and I am curious if anyone else is having a similar problem.

All our items have the "Prices include tax" checkbox ticked, however since Saturday (our upgrade date) all our items have this checkbox uncleared.

I have done 3 mass updates on our 9000+ records to check this box, and they seem to be ok for a while, then revert back to having this checkbox cleared.

I have just submitted a case to NS support...
