New Zealand GST Changes

edited Dec 4, 2019 4:32PM in General 3 comments

The GST rate goes up from 12.5% to 15% effective 1st October 2010.

Netsuite will be providing a set of instructions on how users can configure their account for this rate change. It should be very simple and only take a few minutes but free support will be available for those that need it.
The communication is expected to go out to all NZ customers in early September.

Also in September, NetSuite will also be releasing a bundle that will include 2 brand new forms that replicate the GST101A, one for periods up to 30 September 2010 and the other that can be used from the October 2010 tax period onwards. Each report will have the ability to drill down per box as well as the ability to save the GST101A to PDF. The bundle will also include two new Saved reports (sales and purchase detail by tax code) with greater detail, just like the UK VAT reports.

Howdy, Stranger!
