Payroll included in Netsuite?

Hi Guys

I was told by a fellow j-curve/netsuite user today that aussie payroll is now included free of charge in Netsuite?!

1) the fact that we can do aussie payroll in netsuite is news to me!
2) and its free?!

can any of you confirm this?
