NS/OA Integration pain ....
OK - so we've implemented a NS solution with Open Air as our PSA solution. We have experienced a lot of pain, but are almost there.
The single biggest question to come out of the whole process is:
What does Open Air give us that we would not get from a complete NetSuite solution using Advanced Projects?
I keep hearing things like:
*Better reporting - but we only need simple job cost analysis.
*Resource Planning - but advanced projects has this now.
*Billing rules - but I can see that NS deals with all the same types and even adds progress billing, which OA cannot do.
