PayPal: Customer paid but where is the money?
Hi all, I have been using PayPal for awhile by sending "Payment Request's" but want to speed things up a bit by accepting the credit card over the phone & doing the work for the customer.
I tried my first one by logging in as the customer from the "ACCESS" tab in NS, entered the details. Clicked around for a bit, approved it in NS but have not seen the usual email from PayPal and have not seen any funds in PayPal for this payment.
I did read in the help screen that it may take 3 days? My guess is that it has not been processed at all as I see nothing in PayPal to indicate this.
