User Group forum access on MAC?

Hi, anyone accessing this forum on a MAC? When I try logging in I see error "The website "usergroup.netsuite.com" requires a client certificate".
It pops up a couple of generic certificates my system must use but neither work, so I suspect I need to download or import a working one?

Any ideas appreciated.
