Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Price Level Pricing
Can someone tell me if this is possible? We would like to have different discounts for the same price level for different item groups. Much like what the new quantity pricing schedules do for the pricing column on an item, we want to do for the pricing rows. So
Item A
Base Price
Reseller A 30% off of base
Reseller B 20% off of base
Reseller C 10% off of base
Item B
Base Price
Reseller A 10% off base
Reseller B 5% off base
Reseller C 5% off base
We can easily group our customers by reseller A, B, or C. The problem is that our margin vary widely based on the type of item. If we gave a 30% discount off all our items, we would be upside down on many of them. If however we only gave 10% off all the items, we would not be competitive on many items. Currently we are doing all the items individually.
