Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Internal Usage Transactions
We have been struggling with something we are sure must be a problem for others. How do you use Netsuite to record goods moved from your inventory to be used within your organization without the transactions hitting your revenue?
We have tried making ourselves a customer, and selling the product to ourselves; but, this still causes the revenue to be bumped up by the amount of the sale, even if we sell it to ourselves at cost.
We know we could simply take the item from inventory, and do an inventory adjustment. But this is not our preferred course of action. We'd like to be able to do this to ensure that all of our inventory is accounted for, but unless we can find a way to do it without impacting the revenue figures.
