GL Impact not recording on financial
I have on Advanced Shipping/Receiving. On a drop ship item, when it is received (but not yet billed, because we are waiting for the invoice), or on the sales order side, fulfilled but not yet invoiced...
The GL Impact shows on the SO that the transaction is hitting the Revenue account, and on the PO it is hitting the expense account..... However, when I look at the Income Statement for that date, there is NO transaction.... it says it is impacting the GL, but the statement that pulls from the GL isn't capturing the transaction....
GAAP standards require this transaction.... Do I have a setting incorrect? I can't imagine, given all the drop shippers using NetSuite that it doesn't meet this standard....
