Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Refunds using SECPay/Netsuite Integration
An issue has been raised - 115237 and being actively looked at as high priority by Netsuite regarding a problem with refunds on a transaction using SECPay as payment processor. It would appear that the transaction has not occurred as an error message shows however this is actually performing the refund.
Until this has been resolved, I would recommend performing the refund through the SECPay standard reporting interface and then creating the refund record on Netsuite but without attempting to connect to SECPay. As soon as I have further news I will advise on this thread.
If you are also experiencing this problem, please provide Netsuite with a screen print of any error message and the transaction ID involved (initial sale and refund), referencing issue #115237
