what is difference between Items sub-tab and transactions-items sub-tab?
I have a situation where a transaction is purchsed and "owned" by one specific customer (call this customer abc) on behalf of another customer (call this customer xyz).
since the transaction occurs with abc, abc's record will contain the transaction history plus all the items purchased, while xyz's record will show nothing (this is OK).
I want to simply reflect what abc purchased on behalf of xyz by putting the items purchased on xyz's behalf in xyz's customer record perhaps under the "Items" sub-tab. This would be used for case management with xyz to know what items xyz has that can be supported.
