Items remain "On Order" after processing a Drop Ship PO from a Sales Order
Hi there…
When we create a Drop Ship PO from a Sales Order the item still shows a quantity “On Order” on the inventory tab even though we have
marked the Drop Ship PO as “shipped” and have fulfilled the Sales Order and shipped the product.
Are we missing a step? When the item gets to the customer we process ‘mark shipped’ on the PO, this makes the item available for the Sales Order,then we fulfill the rest of the items on the Sales Order, all the way to shipping.
But the items still show that they are on order. Where do I find the “On Order” List/Status/Flag/??? or what it is that keeps the item on order?
