Customer Deposits reports

I need some help, my auditors are asking be for the back up for my Customer Deposits account.  For the life of me I cannot find a report that will show me the outstanding (unapplied) deposits.  I can see if they are fully applied or not but can’t seem to find a report to generate the balances that partially applied and not applied.

You help is appreciated,
